I received my polishes much faster than expected and I LOVE the polish colors and quality!
I completely switched over my tired old nail polish to live love polish. Their polishes are the longest lasting and are ridiculously easy to take off compared to previous brands I used like China Glaze and Orly. I've had delayed shipments here and there but every time I reach out to customer service, it ends up shipping the next day or I receive an update.
So far, this is strictly about the shipping process as I haven’t received the package yet. I ordered 4 nail polishes on May 17th. 13 days later, on May 30th, FedEx received the package. They ship using FedEx smartpost which is cheap for them, but notoriously awful in every other way. I wish companies would stop using it. It is June 8th. If you need these in a timely manner, I would definitely not recommend ordering.
